Portal hepatic vein fistula

• Rare, usually congenital
• Often incidental finding
• Typically slightly prominent vessels that take an unusual course
• Most cases will have slightly dilated vascular connection between the portal vein and the hepatic vein
• Tiny lesions may be confused for cyst if the contributing vessels aren't identified
