- Measure main PA at takeoff of the right PA
Spleen¶
- Calculator for spleen length based off height
- Measure in longest axis
Liver¶
- There’s actually no well-defined cutoff for hepatomegaly
- Obviously if massive can call hepatomegaly but Norris would recommend not routinely measure the liver
Abdominal aorta¶
- < 3 cm
- Can remember that common iliacs should be < 1.5 cm since 1.5+1.5=3
